Lloyd Reid

Lloyd was born March 8th, 1951 in Poplarville to Charlie Reid and Vada Mae Jones Reid. He was a retired truck driver. He was of the Baptist faith. Above all, he enjoyed going to the auction, coffee shop, and socializing in general.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Boyd Reid, Charlie Reid, and Bennie Reid.

Family members include his wife, Cecil Dedeaux Reid; two children, Lloyd (Robin) Reid, Jr., Heather McCardle; two brothers, Roger Reid, Ray Reid; three grandchildren, Marleigh McCardle, Kelli Reid, Corie Reid; two great grandsons, Lucas Beau Reid and Ryker Leijah Reid.

Funeral services will be held at White Funeral Home, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Sunday, October 6th, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Larry Head will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation from Noon until services, Sunday at the funeral home.
