Funeral services will be at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 12:00 pm. Rev. Joe Beach and Rev. Jeff Easterling will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation two hours prior to the service, Wednesday at the funeral home.

Ms. Howard was born August 10, 1959 in Poplarville to James Woodrow Howard, Sr. and Betty Spiers Howard. She was a graduate of Poplarville High School. She was a caregiver and delivered meals to the elderly with P.R.V.O.

Her parents precede her in death.

Survivors include two sons, James Dale Howard of Picayune, Charlie Howard (Melissa) of Poplarville; five siblings, Mary Bertoniere of Harvey, Louisiana, Betty Murphy of Jacksonville, FL, Yvonne Howard of Bakersville, California, James W. Howard, Jr. of Poplarville, Thomas David Smith of Ely, Nevada; six nephews; three nieces; a host of aunts, cousins, and friends.
