Nicholas Dozier Parker Sr.

Funeral services will be at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, Mississippi, 39470 at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 10, 2014. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Brother Larry Head and Brother Randy Carlin will officiate at the service. Mr. Parker was a retired machine mechanic with Movie Star, Inc. and a United States Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Hodge Parker; six children, Diane James, Betsy (Stan) Lasiter, Brian (Anissa) Davis, Nick Parker, Jr., Mitch (Samantha) Davis, Mike (Melanie) Davis; six siblings, H.P. Parker, Don Parker, Myron Parker, Joyce McDonald, Ruby Gill, Myrna Fortenberry; fourteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Adolph and Louella Mitchell Parker; four brothers, Arnold Parker, Jewel Parker, Leel Parker, Alvin Parker; three sisters, Hilda Lowe, Iva Loy Creel, and Edith Herndon.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of services.
