Patricia O'Hara Meyers

Patricia was born August 7, 1947 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Francis O'Hara and Daisy Toups O'Hara. She had a youthful spirit and a simple heart that love unconditionally. She loved her family, God and going to church regardless of the denomination. Her hobbies were bingo, singing karaoke, talking on the phone, Sunday phone calls to her family and Monday night date nights with her TV watching WWE. She was an avid and devoted LSU and Saints fan. Many knew her as and she loved being called “Nanny Pat”.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Ann Trosclair and Joyce O’Hara Wright, brother-in-law, Robert G. Trosclair and great nephew, Robert N. Trosclair, Jr.

Survivors include her Angel, Christie S. Trosclair; five children, William Meyers, Bridget (Gary) Tindel, Justin (Gabrielle) Meyers, Joshua (Adrienne) Petit, and Ranada (Christian) Chouest; thirteen grandchildren, Kristin (Andrew), Tyler, Brittny (Cody), Shelby (Jeffrey), Lindsey (Blake), Tatum, Thea, Eva, Elijah, Easton, Asher, Eden and Des ; five great grandchildren, Ada, Ava, Abi, Abram and Aspen ; a beloved God child Hannah ; three nephews, Robert (Angie), Stephen (Dixie), Kevin (also her God Child) ; four great nieces, Hope, Brandi (Chris) Baya (Ramesh) and Ciera ; four great nephews, Chris, Christopher (Cortney), Talon and Corbin ; six great great nieces ; eight great great nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Greater Life Apostolic Church, 217 Matthews Road, Carriere, MS, 39426 on Friday, October 11, 2019. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 10:00 am until services at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, LA
