Paul E. Culpepper

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday October 9, 2010 at Juniper Grove Baptist Church, Poplarville for Mr. Paul E. Culpepper, 79, of Poplarville, Mississippi who died Thursday October 7, 2010 in Highland Community Hospital, Picayune. Brother Breaux Tageant will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

A native of Pearl River County, Mississippi he was born May 6, 1931 to Dan and Minnie Lewis Culpepper. He was the owner of Culpepper’s Automotive Services in Poplarville and a member of Juniper Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Ladner Culpepper; one son, Charles Culpepper; and one daughter, Martha Elbers and her husband James, all of Poplarville, Mississippi; two brothers, Richard Culpepper of Picayune, Mississippi and Cary Culpepper of Carriere, Mississippi; two sisters, Sherry Liles of Poplarville, Mississippi and Grace Crowder of Edgefield, South Carolina; and one granddaughter, Heather Elbers Vines and her husband Edgard, Jr.; of Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Minnie Lewis Culpepper; one son, Robert Culpepper; and two sisters, Myrtis Albritton and Nelda Allen Seal.

Visitation will be Saturday October 9, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
