Pauline Wells Tidwell

Pauline was born August 12, 1945 in San Francisco, California. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of Ephesus Primitive Baptist Church in Purvis.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juel Hershey Wells and Cecile Laborde Wells; her husband, Aaron Maza Tidwell; and one brother, Bobby Wells.

Family members include three children, Candis King, Josh (Mary) Tidwell, Jeremy (Sarah) Tidwell; one brother, Roger (Judy) Wells; two sisters, Chris (Roger) Knight, Audrey (Robert "Skeeter) Hammond; five grandchildren, Nick (Jessica) King, Shelbi King, Addison Tidwell, Cecelia Tidwell, and Sadie Tidwell.

Funeral services will be held at White Funeral Home (315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS 39470) on Monday, January 3rd, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Elder Shane Ellis will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Ephesus Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (300 Mitchell Avenue, Purvis, MS 39475). The family will receive friends and have visitation from 12:00 pm until services, Monday at the funeral home.
