Robert "Larry" Davis

Robert "Larry" Davis, age 81, of Poplarville, Mississippi passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021. Larry was faithful to his family and a very trustworthy man. He loved spoiling his kids and grandkids. Larry loved horseback riding and law enforcement. He was loved by all and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert L Davis and Mallie Smith Davis and one brother Gerald L Davis (the late Lynn).

Larry is survived by his wife of 37 years, Janice Bedwell Davis; two children, Tressie Brasseal (David) and Mark Applewhite; one sister Bobbie Adcox (the late Hugh); one brother, Keith Davis; three grandchildren, Candice Boler (Justin), Derek Applewhite (Katie) and Laken Stines; six great grandchildren, Seth, Alianna, Everly, Rory, Landon and Jordyn; multiple nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Bella.

Family and friends are invited to attend Larry's funeral service on Friday, March 26, 2021 at noon, at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, MS. Visitation will be held from 10 am until noon. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Bro. Larry Head will officiate the funeral service.
