Thomas Edward Smith

Mr. Smith was born on March 18, 1959 in Columbia, Mississippi. He was a retired oilfield worker and of the Baptist faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George T. Smith and Bonnie Beach Smith; sister, Iona Bolin; brother, James Clinton Smith; and fiance, Gayle Lee.

Family members include his siblings, Jackie (Sabra) Smith, Peggy (Carl) Busha, Nina (the late Eric) Saucier, Daniel Smith, Cynthia (Tim) Sellers, Bobby (Melissa) Bolin, Ted (Liz) Bolar, Steve Bolar; his stepmother, Blondell Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Services will be held at White Funeral Home (315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470) on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery. Visitation thirty minutes prior to the service, Thursday at the funeral home.
