She is predeceased by her husband Karm Singh and 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Gurdev Kaur is survived by her children, two daughters: Rashpal Kaur “Palo” and Jasbinder Kaur “Bindu”, 3 sons: Sohan Singh, Tarlochen Singh “Tar” and Mohan Singh “Bobby” as well as 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 4005-6th Avenue with cremation following at the East Indian Crematorium on Saunders Rd. Following the cremation prayers and a lunch will follow at the Guru Nanak Sikh Society, 4144 8th Avenue, Port Alberni.
