Jennifer passed away peacefully, holding the hand of the man she’s loved for the past 66 years, her husband, Wayne. Jennifer loved reading, history, current events, her garden, but most of all, her family. She was immensely proud of her children Timothy (who was taken by the sea in 1995), Kevin, Jessie, Rachel, and Stella and of her nine grandchildren Emily and Jake, Erik and Jack, Hjalmer and Timmy, Zachary, Lukas, and Charlotte, and her three great-grandchildren, Andrew, Huumiis and Cinkwa. In 1974, Wayne and Jennifer, took the road less traveled and moved from Victoria, BC to Barkley Sound, where they raised their family for the last 50 years. Jennifer’s life was full of poetry, history, politics, and adventure. Jennifer loved to live through the stories and excitement of her family and was proud to share them.
We have not only lost a wonderful wife, mum, grandma and friend, but a life full of knowledge, history, stories and a clear mind in a foggy world.
