Phyllis Mary Primeau

Phyllis was the heart of our family, a loved member of the community and a second mother to many more than just her children. Between her time with the Foster Parent Association, owner of RA Woodcrafts and her volunteer work, she has touched the hearts of many. Her unwavering strength, support and unique sense of humour will be greatly missed.

Phyllis enjoyed her time being surrounded by family and friends. Thank you to all who have made the years with her unforgettable. She cherished all of the memories made over the years and it brightened her days to share her stories.

Phyllis is survived by her children: Mary Primeau (Dan), Jamie Primeau (Crystal), Leanna Dornian (John), Lana Fraser; Grandchildren: Kyle Dowell, Breanna Primeau and Cassandra Dornian; Brothers Bill Haggerty (Marlene) and Jack Haggerty.

Predeceased by her husband Raymond Albert Primeau, sons Richard Allan Primeau and Lee Dale Owens, father John, mother Mary, sisters Elaine Owens and Bessie Paquette, twin brother Patrick (Bud) Haggerty.

A special thank you to her extended families the Eyfords, McKinnons and Millikens.

A celebration of life will be held on November 2nd at the Port Alberni Italian Hall (4065 6th ave) from 1-4PM.
