Schmidt; Tatteus (Ted) passed away peacefully in the West Coast General Hospital on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 86 years of age. Predeceased by his brothers Valentine, Fred and Edward, Ted is survived by his loving wife Mary; children: Wayne, Carrie Smith (Wayne), Jaime and Darcy; grandchildren: Andrea, Leonore, Derek, Jessica, Jennifer and Matthew; great grandchildren: Dezlynd and Pearl; brothers: William, Raymond and Jerome; sisters: Lena Sander and Betty Hiebert along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A Memorial Mass will take place at 1:00pm on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church, 4731 Burke Rd. with Fr. Stephen Paine officiating. Cremation.
