Betty V. Holden, 84, of Venice, Florida passed away Tuesday September 14, 2010. She was born June 30, 1926 in Falmouth, Michigan to Tom and Della (Rykse) Berghouse. Mrs. Holden moved to Englewood, Florida in 1982 from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She moved to Venice in 1996. She was a member of the Women's Club of Englewood and attended Christ United Methodist Church, Venice. Betty is survived by her husband, Eugene Holden of Venice; her sons, Bruce G. Holden of Ladera Ranch, California and Michael T. Holden of Venice; her grandchildren, Austin and Adam Holden.
