She moved to the Englewood area in 1987 from Tampa, Florida.
She worked as a waitress for Coney Island and the Flying Bridge Restaurants in Englewood.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ricky Brewster of Englewood; her daughter, Michelle Brewster of Port Charlotte, Florida; sons, McKinley �"Mac†Horn and Michael J. Horn both of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ethan and Alexis Guerriero and her sisters, Arnetta Perry of Texas, Contressa Perry of Port Charlotte, Florida and Dawn Perry of Missouri.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Lemon Bay Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 22 with a celebration of life to follow at the funeral home.
