Carol was married to Milton Duane Boldt for 53 years until his passing in November 2008. Together, they built a life rooted in family and shared purpose. During the 1960s and 1970s, Carol and Milton operated a television and appliance business in Turon, Kansas, while raising their three children. Later, they moved to Pratt, Kansas, where they ran a storefront on Main Street for three decades. Carol played a vital role in the business by managing office administration while also dedicating herself to her home and family.
In 2014, Carol moved to Apple Valley, Minnesota, to be near her daughter. She later settled in Punta Gorda, Florida, where she spent her final years.
She is survived by her three children: Larry Boldt, Linda Pray, and Eric Boldt; seven grand-children; and ten great-grandchildren.
