Charles ‘Chuck’ Roame of Port Charlotte, FL passed away peacefully with his daughter by his side on September 15,2023. A Port Charlotte resident for 35 years he served in the Army, was an avid bowler and a retired banker. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed a good football game.
Born on November 10, 1939 to Amos and Martha Roame in Clinton, TN, he is survived by his daughter, Brenda Amboyan of Port Charlotte, FL, his son Charles ‘Chip’ Roame of Tiburon, CA, his grandchildren, Brittany Amboyan of Palmetto, FL, Travis Amboyan of North Port, FL, Blake Roame of Tiburon, CA, his great granddaughter Lilliana Amboyan of North Port, FL and his sister Josephine Simler of Northville, MI, as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.

Casting of the ashes will take place in the Great Smoky Mountains on November 10, 2023.
