Elaine Carol Strolli, 67, of Venice, FL, died May 7th, 2015 at Gulfside Hospice in Zephyrhills. She was born in 1947 and attended Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. She was co-owner of a great Italian restaurant and very much enjoyed cooking, socializing and spending lots of time with her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Michael G. Strolli.
She is survived by her son, Andrew Gitaitis, her daughter and son-in-law, Deena and Christian Haiber, her sister, Lois Buck, and by Michael's children, Stephen Strolli, Vincent Strolli, Michele Riley and Susan Buchman. She leaves behind eight grandchildren: Roxanne, Carmella, Michael, Stephan, Gillian, Will, Claire and Caroline.
A Memorial Service to commemorate Elaine's life will be held at the Harvest Chapel of Venice on Seaboard Avenue at 6pm, May 27, 2015.
