Francis was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. January 19, 1927. Francis
was a W.W.II army veteran and is survived by wife, Joan Zinar ( Klauder),
daughter, Diane Wright (Zinar) of Philadelphia, PA., son, Richard and Wife,
Theresa (Skoczen) of Port Charlotte, Florida; pop pop of 5 grandchildren,
also survived by many nieces and nephews. Francis was a member of the
American Legion Post # 110 and Moose Lodge # 2121 both of Port Charlotte,
Florida.
Visitation Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at
Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, FL
Funeral mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic
Church.
Burial will be in Sarasota National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. with Military Honors
9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, Florida.
