Hedy Pauline Jackson-Hood 88, of Englewood FL., returned to her Lord on Friday Feb. 21, 2014, at Sunset Lakes in Venice. She was born Nov. 10, 1925 in Rose Hill, N.C. to Dale & Annie Jackson.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Englewood, FL.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon of Englewood; sons Charles of Woodland, NC and Alvin of Englewood; sisters, Kathy St. Amand of Winchester, VA & Doris Durkin of Vanceboro, NC; 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; & several nieces and nephews.
