She is survived by her son, Jayden Lee of Punta Gorda; her mother, Jackie Randy Smith of Punta Gorda; her father, Joe Shawn Ofano Howell of North Port; sisters, Jennifer Adam Warnke Howell of Riverview, FL; Shelby Smith of Punta Gorda; brother, Joey Howell of Brick, NJ; maternal grandmother, Janet Randy Wheeler of Commerce, MI; maternal grandfather, Gene Linda Knisley of N. Ft Myers; paternal grandmother, Audrey Howell of Punta Gorda; aunts, Joan Tony Thompson, Jill John Shipley and Danielle Dan Farris; special cousins in her life, Ashley Thompson and Robert Porter and many other loving extended family and friends. She was pre deceased by her husband, Zackary Lee on Sept 14, 2009.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm till the service time at 4:30 pm Thursday December 10, 2009 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 635 E Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. The family has asked that memorial donations be made to an account that has been established for the benefit of Jessica's toddler son, Jayden at the Punta Gorda office of SunTrust Bank.
