Joyce Carroll 84 of Port Charlotte, Florida died on September 3, 2014 in Port Charlotte, Florida.
She was born on July 27, 1930 in Putney, West Virginia to Claude Castle and Hattie Holbrook Castle. Joyce came to Port Charlotte, Florida from Owosso, Michigan in 1986. She was a homemaker and of the protestant faith.
She is survived by her son, James (Linda) Carroll of Ypsilanti, Michigan; her 2 daughters, Kathy Carroll of Port Charlotte, Florida and Elizabeth Carroll of Bristol, Tennessee; her sister, Frankie Farley of West Virginia, also several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m at Kays-Ponger & Useton Funeral Home2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida. Services will follow at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Punta Gorda, Florida.
