A consummate mother, a homemaker and a Registered Nurse, Reba loved football, reading, crossword puzzles and cross-stitch.
Reba had an unwavering faith in God and was a member of the Lemon Bay Church of Christ. She was also a proud veteran of World War II as a Navy nurse.
Reba was preceded by her husband of 53 years, William Paul Shelby and her son John Rayburn Shelby; also preceded by her parents, Jesse Joseph Rayburn and Elise Sparkman Rayburn and her sister, Euphence Rayburn Dean.
Reba is survived by her daughter, Lewanna S. Caruso and her son-in-law, Joseph L. Caruso, as well as her 3 grandchildren Nicole C. Tipton, Bryan John (Shelby) Giusti and his wife,Cori, and Terri Lea Vagi and her husband, Brian. She is also survived by 2 Great-Granddaugters, Hannah Daisy Vagi and Sabrina Holly Vagi.
The family would like to recognize Reba's granddaughter, Nicole, for the loving care she has given her MiMa for the past several years.
