Nell Frances Bailey, 94 of Port Charlotte, Florida died Monday January 22, 2007 in Port Charlotte. Mrs. Bailey was born on June 5, 1912 in Graves County, Kentucky to Walter L. and Fannie Adkins Gibson. Mrs. Bailey moved to Port Charlotte 6 ½ years from Graves County, Kentucky. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include several cousins including, Beverly Gauthier of Port Charlotte and Barbara Daugherty of Pine Island, FL. Nell was preceded in death by her husband, Lester L. Bailey; her parents and her brothers, Reburn and Walter Buddy Gibson, Jr.
