

Patricia was the beloved daughter of Annemarie Erfurth and Edward Haley. Her life journey took her from Germany to Tokyo, Oregon, Oklahoma, and Texas, before she settled in Florida at the age of nine, where she remained for the rest of her life.
Patricia was a talented artist and designer, with a passion for cooking, especially for special occasions. Her love for travel took her to Fiji, Peru, Argentina, France, England, Scotland, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, New York City, Chicago, North Carolina, California, Michigan, and Colorado. She was a certified scuba diver, enjoyed music, cherished the ocean and her home, and was deeply devoted to her family and friends.
She was an alumna of Punta Gorda Middle School and a graduate of Charlotte High School, class of 1977. Patricia met her husband, Randy McGuire, while working at Winn Dixie at the age of 19. She pursued further education at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and established her own business, Spatial Affects, specializing in fine custom wool area rugs, interior design, and mural paintings. Her career also included roles as an executive assistant and positions at ADT, PRC, and Chicos. Most recently, she had been a realtor since 2017.
Patricia was a devoted mother, whose love for her children was infinite. She was an amazing Grammie to her six adored grandchildren and loved her dogs, finding meditation in her morning walks with them. Her intelligence, humor, and radiant smile brought joy to those around her. Patricia's legacy of love, kindness, and passion for life will forever be cherished by her family and friends.
