She is survived by sons James Glenn Sliker, Thomas Van Sliker and daughter Kathleen Marie Sliker. Her joyful spirit will be greatly missed by her thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and extended family members.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, James W. Sliker, her parents Charles H. Van Note, Helen D. Van Note, and her children Marilyn Sliker Henry, Robert E. Sliker and Nancy E. Sliker.
A private viewing for family was held and interment will be at Monmouth Memorial Park, Neptune, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
