Phyllis Jean Evans, 86, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
She was born on October 22, 1929 in West Virginia where she grew up. She then moved to Maryland where she lived until moving to Englewood, Florida in 1984 and resided there until moving to Port Charlotte 5 years ago.
Phyllis worked for NASA until early retirement to be a stay at home mom. She then returned to work later as an office manager in Maryland and then bookkeeper in Englewood for Lemon Bay Isles Mobil Home Park until her permanent retirement in 1999.
Her life was all about family and friends and was a wonderful wife, mother and friend who enjoyed life. She will be greatly missed. Phyllis is survived by her daughter Lynn Crouch of Pt. Charlotte, Fl. and Daughter Cindy Bell of Baltimore, MD., and 4 grandchildren.
