

Stephen Ray Vallillo, 70 of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away February 18, 2025, at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, Florida. Stephen was born November 05, 1954, in North Bergen, New Jersey to the late Romeo & Katherine Vallillo.
Stephen graduated Culinary school in June 1986 a month before moving to Florida and worked with world famous chef Paul Bocuse. He was also Frankenstein at Universal Studios and worked various entertainment venues in the amusement park industry. Stephen lived a life full of adventure, laughter, and love.
Stephen is predeceased by his parents Romeo and Katherine Vallillo. He is survived by his cousin Jimmy Guinn and his wife Joy, his cousin David Brabson and his family, and his beloved pet Bonnie. His friends Hector and Maria Cordova who were with him as he went to meet our lord and savior Jesus. His good friend Bret Wilson will also miss Stephen greatly.
Stephen was a good friend to all and had a positive impact on everyone he met. He was also a lover of animals, especially his beloved Beethoven (d. 2017) and his girl Bonnie. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 11 am at First Presbyterian Church, 2230 Harriet Street, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952.
