Virginia M. Derheimer Reilly

Virginia M. Derheimer Reilly, 90, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Sandhill Assisted Living in Deep Creek, Florida. She was born March 3, 1919 in Mishawaka, Indiana to Charles and Lillian Kramer. In 1937, she graduated from St. Mary's Academy, Prairie du Chien, WI. She enjoyed playing bridge and golf. She married Joseph Derheimer in 1939; he died in 1977. She married Arthur Reilly in 1979; he died in 1993. Surviving are her six sons David Cynthia Derheimer of Port Charlotte, FL, Albert Debbie Derheimer of Vancouver, WA, John Nancy Derheimer of Greensburg, IN, Mark Jean Derheimer of Oxford, WI, Luke Celeste Derheimer of Bellevue, WA and Joseph Kathy Derheimer of Springville, IN, also five daughters Jill Daniel Cantwell of Auburn, IN, Nancy Rocky Foy of Glendo, WY, Sally Gordon Wolfe of Portland, OR, Diane John Keen of Tampa, FL and Marianne Kirk Horne of W. Melbourne, FL, also a step-daughter Mary John McNeill of Fayetteville, NY; 43 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, Ross Marilou Derheimer, her sister Marion Nomina and brother Gerald Kramer. Visitation will be Monday, August 3, 2009 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Port Charlotte Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM Monday, at San Antonio Catholic Church, 24445 Rampart Boulevard, Port Charlotte, FL. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Ocala, FL.
