Carolyn Ruth Lilley

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. With great sadness, we must say goodbye to our beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend Carolyn Lilley (Port Coquitlam, British Columbia), who passed away at the age of 79, on November 25, 2021.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Anton and Helena Loewen and her brothers Wayne (and Elsie) Loewen and Allen Loewen, and her sister Gloria Loewen, and brother in law Bob Van Somer, and nephew Tony Loewen, As well as her ex-husband Tony Lilley and her son Lee Lilley.

She is survived by : her daughter Camilla Lilley, her sisters and brothers: Shirley Van Somer, Brian (and Dulcie) Loewen, Laura Loewen, Ron (and Laurie) Loewen, and Murray (and Heather) Loewen. As well as many nieces and nephews.

She had a long battle with cancer and was strong until the end. She went peacefully. She had her sense of humor until the end and went completely on her own terms. She will be missed by many and will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
