Doreen Anna (Forsberg)

Catania was born January 11, 1961. At age 55 returned to her heavenly home on September 10, 2016, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

Doreen was born into a very large and loving family. She married her best friend and life partner, Sergio Catania on September 8, 1984.

Together they raised their special' family, which started in 1993 with the blessed birth of their beautiful baby girl, Rachel. They then took on the roles of “Aunty and Uncle” to their nephew, Tyler and foster children, Selena and Nikki. They always had a huge amount of compassion, patience, but more importantly, love.

Doreen is survived by her beloved husband, Sergio; her precious daughter, Rachel; devoted son-in-law Travis Dickson and two gorgeous grandchildren, Tyson and Bella. She will be deeply missed by her loving parents, Vince and June Forsberg and adoring siblings, Christine (Stanley) Wong; Catherine (Richard) Lowe; June (Tim) Forsberg; Vincent (Shelley) Forsberg and Harry (Suzanne) Forsberg. She also leaves behind her in-laws, Tony and Lucia Catania; Neno Catania; Caroline McGovern Catania; Robert (Rosana) Catania and Vittoria (Raffaele) Pucci, as well as 25 nieces and nephews.

We now have another 'Angel' in heaven who was greeted by brothers Robert Forsberg and Johnny Catania.
