It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roy Martin Edwards, who left us peacefully on December 4, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Roy is lovingly remembered by his wife, Karen; his children Dean (Liane) and Andrea (Mike); his grandchildren Jessica (Trevor), Kelsie (Connor), Blake, and Cole; and his great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Riley, Nora, Mackenzie, and Valerie. He was predeceased by his beloved granddaughter Kyla.
Family was everything to Roy. He treasured each moment shared with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, finding joy and pride in every one of them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Cremation is to take place. A memorial service will be held in the spring of 2026 to celebrate Roy’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society: https://www.cancer.ca
