With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Wlodzimierz Rybarczyk, who left us on March 5, 2026 at the age of 82. He passed away peacefully in Port Coquitlam after a long and debilitating battle with Alzheimer’s. Wlodzimierz was born on June 25, 1943 in Kalisz, Poland to Franciszek and Janina Rybarczyk.
He leaves behind a loving family who will carry his memory forward: his wife Agata, his son Michal and wife Susan, and his cherished grandchildren Lukas and Hanna. Wlodzimierz’s warmth, wisdom, and quiet strength will remain with all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered every day.
A funeral mass will be held on March 19, 2026, at 11am, at St. Clare of Assisi Parish (2888 Delahaye Drive) in Coquitlam for those who wish to gather and remember his life. A reception will follow at 2771 Lurio Cres in Port Coquitlam.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer Society of BC and Yukon online via their website.
