Arthur E. Finch, 86, of Binghamton, passed away on July 27, 2017. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law; Dale & Wendy Finch; grandchildren, Heather (Erik) Pine, Seth (Julie) Finch, Adam Finch, Holly Finch (Dan) and Rory Finch; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; 4 brothers; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:00 am at the First Christian Church of Kirkwood. Burial will follow in the Brookvale Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 4-7 pm at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street. Port Dickinson, NY 13901.
