Beula M. Forkey, Vestal, 92, passed away on March 29, 2014 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence R. Forkey; granddaughter, Lauren Rae Dickerson; great-grandson, Ryan Alan Dickerson; and all of her eight siblings. She is survived by her loving family, Larry and Becky and their children Todd, Brent, Cindy and Andy; Joan and Richard Paugh and their children Wayne, Scott, Richard, Theresa and Brenda; Alan; James and Sandra and their child Jaime; Bryan and Betsy and their children Sandford and Robert; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She loved to sew and crochet. The family wishes to thank the staff of Lourdes for their care. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 11:30 am at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY. Burial will follow in Chenango Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 1 at the funeral home from 6-8pm.
