
Beverley J. Rex of Windsor, 79, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Good Shepherd Fairview Nursing Home. In addition to her parents, Charles and Ethel (Rex) Forkey she was also predeceased by her brothers; Harvey, Herb, Rex, William, Ralph & Robert Forkey and sisters; Lorraine Forkey, Rosemary Hurchla and Katherine Lord. Beverley is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Richard L. Rex of 57 years, daughter, Debbie & Kris Harsh, sons, Richard & Abby Rex, Kenneth & Kathy Rex, Michael & Chrissy Rex, grandchildren, Jennifer, Sara, Dylan, Alexa Harsh, Chelsea Ulrich, Zoe Rex, great grandchildren, Brynn, Kainn, Kaia, Hayden, Adela, Gianina, brothers, Walter Forkey, Dale & Pat Forkey also many special nieces and nephews. Beverley was a retired Registered Nurse after many years working at the Binghamton Psychiatric Center. She loved to knit, crochet and other crafts. She enjoyed camping and baked the world's best chocolate chip cookies. Beverley will be missed dearly by many. A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson, NY 13901. A private entombment service with the family will be held at the Vestal Hills Memorial Park at a later date. Family and friends are invited to stop at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00-6:00PM. Those wishing kindly consider memorial contributions in Beverley's name to the Catholic Charities Food Pantry, 100 Main St. Binghamton, NY 13905.
