Born November 19, 1946 in Johnson City, he was predeceased by parents Frank Jr., and Florence (Racheck) Hull, brother Donald and sister Carole Nytch. He is survived by his son Nathan Caro, siblings David, Douglas, Cindy, Cathy (and David Gnall), Michael (and Traci) Hull, aunt Shirley Henecy, aunt Margaret Roe, uncle Alfred Racheck, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Frank graduated from Binghamton Central and attended Broome Tech before enlisting in the Navy, his Vietnam service warranted four Bronze Stars for combat operations.
He was a retired NYS employee, working for many years as a therapy aide at Broome Developmental Center.
Frank was well known for the wide variety of his interests. He was good at drawing and painting, was known locally as a juggler and a fire-eater, he was an enthusiastic amateur musician on flute, ukulele, and others, was an expert at origami, and could solve a Rubik’s cube in a minute. He had a green thumb, was a skilled cook, and enjoyed a near mystical love of cats. Frank could sew well and he designed the “Juggling Bean Bag” which was released to the public through the Int’l Juggler’s Assoc. (mid 70”s). He was always interested in alternative health and diet, the ways of the American Indian, and self defense skills. He was an early believer in UFO’s and never heard a conspiracy theory he didn’t like.
Frank was innately a teacher, was generous to all, and, behind a sometimes tough exterior, was really kind at heart. It was fun to be with Frank.
Memorials will be private.
