

Boca Raton, FL/Binghamton: Helen (Rosic) Beylo, March 21st, 1915- March 26, 2012, 97 years Young, formerly of Binghamton/Vestal. Our Lord invited her to be an additional Polka partner in Heaven. On Monday, March 26th, 5 days after her Birthday March 21st, age 97, Our Lord called without warning and simply stopped her loving Heart! Thanks to God, no suffering. Only 2 pills a day and no acute or chronic diseases; not a cane, walker, nor wheel-chair; in fact, Aqua-queen, lol an LAFitness Club member M, W, F Aqua-Aerobics Class. Predeceased by husbands, John Rosic, Curley Lamprecht and Charles Butchko. She is survived by beloved son and caregiver, Robert John Rosic of Boca Raton, FL and loving daughter, Jean (Rosic) Downs and husband James of Binghamton; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Stacey Downs, Danielle Renee’ (Rosic) Ziatek of Pleasanton, CA; great-grandchildren, Zoren, twins-Zennen and Zayden Ziatek of Pleasanton, CA, Ashley, Blake and Taylor Downs. Predeceased parents were William and Anna Beylo of the 1st Ward, Binghamton. Also, she was predeceased by brothers, Michael "Lefty" Beylo, John Beylo, Peter, William Jr., George, Andy, Stephen and Frank (infants) Beylo. Survived by sister, Ann (Beylo) Morgan of Boynton Beach, FL and brother, Frank Beylo (Delores) Beylo; nephews and nieces, Danny, Matthew, Michael, Thomas, Andrew, Christopher, James, Laurence, Patricia, Kathleen, Janet, Faith Marie (Burke), JoAnne Pezzuti and Judy Kolba; loving cousins and friends; cats, Shakespeare and Ziggy to Vet, but Shakey’s diabetes and neuropathy of the legs, was ‘put down’ and Ziggy, the asthma guy was ‘car-sick’ going and put on oxygen; probably won’t make it either. Sad, but Mom will have them now. Helen was schooled at Daniel S. Dickinson and Central High years in Tripoli, Libya with husband John Rosic and children. She eventually retired from Ansco/GAF after 25 years.
She was a Saint Michael’s member. Her interests in her youth was Music, attending the Dance Bands at the J.C. Pavilion and eventually became very interested in NPR (Radio) PBS-TV, Calligraphy, so fond of Polkas to Bocelli....Dancing-With-Stars.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at Saint Michael’s with Fr. James Dutko officiating on Thursday, April 5th, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at church's cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Helen’s memory should be directed to the Church where she had spent the past 15 years ‘pinching-pirogies’ as a Volunteer Kitchen-Crew Member and being presented a Church Icon.
