Josephine Caruso Catalano

Josephine Caruso Catalano passed away Friday, March 2, 2012 at her home. She was predeceased by her parents, Nick and Mary Caruso and her sister, Grace MacDowall. She is survived by her children, Joseph T. and Patricia Catalano; granddaughter, Geena M. Catalano; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Jack Cevette; Micheline (Mickey) and Michael Levie; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and MaryAnn Caruso; brother-in-law, William MacDowall, Sr.; nieces and nephews, Joseph Caruso, Amy Miller, William MacDowall, Jr., Christine Cevette, Irene Fiacco, and Nicholas Cevette; several cousins from the Caruso, LaNave and Rossi Families; special friends, Cassie, Eli and Luna. Josephine was a retired employee of IBM Owego with 32 years of service. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, loved traveling to Orlando, dancing at the Sons of Italy and most of all spending time with her Family.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 8:45 AM from the James V. DeMarco & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY and continue at 9:30 AM in St. Mary of the Assumption Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will follow in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to call at the DeMarco & Son Funeral Home Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
