Katherine M. Decker-Barber, 96, of Windsor, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 17, 2025.
She is survived by her loving husband Wayne Barber and stepchildren Ron & Terry Ostrander, Scott Barber and Susan Barber.
Katherine was a member of the Moose Lodge #1013 and the American Legion Post 1645. She enjoyed shuffleboard and traveling the United States with her husband in their motor home.
A Graveside Service will be held in the Port Crane Cemetery on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 11am.
