Norma M. Norton

Norma M. Norton, 96, of Binghamton NY, formerly of Buffalo, NY went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 19, 2024. She was predeceased by her parents William & Mary Ellen (Rox) Bruno, her siblings William Bruno, Edith Burgard, Charles Bruno, Loretta Ely, Mary O’Connor, Catherine Kalinka, Jack Bruno and Edward Bruno, her first husband Frank Cilar and her second husband Edward Norton.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Anna and Brian Sobon; grandchildren Bradley Sobon & Dr. Anne Malaktaris and Sarah (Sobon) & Cameron Teachout; great grandchildren Tucker and Teagan Teachout and god daughter Paulette Kline.

She is also survived by her stepchildren Dennis & Terri Norton, Thomas Norton, Edward & Sharon Norton, Michael & Sharon Norton and Joanne (Norton) & Joe Cwynar; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and her friends and neighbors.

Norma was always a very happy person and a joy to be around, she will be greatly missed by many.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Buffalo, NY at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers those wishing kindly consider donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. June Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
