Richard "Moe" G. Brainard, age 55, of Binghamton, New York passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Richard was born July 21, 1966. He is survived by his brother, William Buchanan; and sisters, Eva Jacobs, Mary (Stack) Brainard, and Kathy Brainard. Interment, Spring Forest Cemetery.
