Rosella B. Potter, 90, of Vestal, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. She was predeceased by husband, William C. Potter; daughter, Sharon. She is survived by her son, William D. & Susan Potter; grandchildren, Jennifer & Carl Balliet and Amy & Jose Fernandez; great-grandchildren; Sam, Addison, Patrick Balliet and Lilian Fernandez; sister-in-law, Betty Potter; several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at Castle Garden for their loving care. At the family's request, the services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
