Carrette, Joseph A. Jr. on September 30, 2012 of Miller Place, Long Island. Beloved father of Kimberly Carrette and Arthur Carrette. Cherished grandfather of Gwendolyn Mae Graham. Dear brother of Arlene Buse. Mr. Carrette was retired from Grumman Corp and worked on the "F-14 Tom Cat" and other defense projects. He was an avid sailor and enjoyed collecting and driving sports cars. In addition he had a love of music. Funeral arrangements handled through O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, Long Island. Funeral arrangements private at the request of the family.
