Michael A. Ottaka, age 78, of Middle Island, New York passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021. Michael was born June 3, 1943 in Manhattan, New York.

Beloved husband of Antoinette. Loving father of Andrew and his wife Carolyn, Patricia Ottaka and Kathleen Francis and her wife Tami. Cherished grandpa of Michael, Kristen and Hailey Ottaka and Miranda Mills. Adored brother of Maureen Haddad and her husband Rudy.

Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY. Visitation for Michael will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Prayer service on Thursday at 10 AM. Cremation private.
