Beloved mother of Mary Cooke, Edward Probst (Patricia), Thomas Probst, Robert Probst (Nancy), Linda Sarich (Steve), & Dennis Probst. Cherished grandmother of 11 & great grandmother of 18. Dear sister of Monica Hughs, & the late Patricia Zoffinger. A funeral mass was held 10 am at Infant Jesus RC Church in Port Jefferson, NY, on September 9, 2013. Interment followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram , NY
