Freeman R. Smalley Jr.

Freeman Raymond Smalley, 84 of Conroe, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021. He was born February 7, 1937 in Port Lavaca to the late Freeman Ray Smalley and Mamie Stella Livingston Smalley. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife; Rose Delgado Smalley, daughter; Debra Korsog, son; Freeman Lee, son; David and his wife Kim, son; Michael, daughter; Naomi and her husband Larry Brown, daughter; Tammie Smalley, 24 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings; Catherine Jane Smalley Goodrich, Emerald Smalley Theus, Edith Smalley Dibello, Floyd L. Smalley, and Johnny L. Smalley, and two of his children; Sherri Jane Ayers, and Frank E. Pena.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 12-2 p.m., immediately followed by Funeral Service at 2, all at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home, with interment immediately following at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery, with his nephew, Pastor Nathan Smalley officiating.
