

A celebration of life for Bruce E. Woodhams, 74, of Port Orange, FL, who passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2011, will be 11:00 am on Monday, November 7, 2011 at Coronado Community United Methodist Church, 201 S. Peninsula Avenue, New Smyrna Beach with the Reverend Bob Brown as the celebrant.
Mr. Woodhams was born in Sodus, New York and moved to Port Orange in 1986 from Ontario, N.Y. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, N.Y. He went on to be a Mechanical Engineer for Kodak in Rochester and then R.L. Best International in Sanford, FL where he retired. He was a member of Coronado Community United Methodist Church, New Smyrna Beach. His passion was bowling and singing in the church choir.
Mr. Woodhams leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 31 years, Diane; son, Timothy (Lisa) Woodhams, Williamson, N.Y.; daughter, Judy Woodhams, Rochester, N.Y.; two step-sons, Terry (Amy) Adriaansen, Sanford, FL and Thomas Adriaansen, Port Orange, FL; step-daughter, Kathleen (Shawn) Salamida, Gainesville, FL; three brothers, Gordon (Diane) Woodhams, Rochester, N.Y., Robert (Anne) Woodhams, Victor, N.Y. and Glen (Terri) Woodhams, Rochester, N.Y.; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild; mother-in-law, Edna Lonneville, Clifton Springs, N.Y.
