Born September 8th, 1982 in Birmingham, AL, passed away October 15th, 2015. The son of Clyde and Terry Lindsey, he grew up alongside his brother, Joel, in Port Orange, FL. His passion for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and his vast number of friends, was only eclipsed by his love for his fiancé and four amazing children. Jason was the "big guy" that would do anything for a friend, and always had your back. An employee of Halifax Hospital and Carlton Shores, he loved his patients and coworkers. He is survived by his children, Zane, Caleigh, Kendon and Kenzie; his parents, Clyde and Terry; brother, Joel (Melissa); fiancée, Melissa Brantley; niece, Annika, and nephew, Joel Jr.; countless friends and extended family. Join us in celebrating his life Wednesday, the 21st of October at 5:00 pm. The family will receive family and friends from 4:00 to 5:00pm prior to the Celebration service. To celebrate Jason, the family requests your wear teal, black, and Jags gear as only he would have wanted . In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention honoring Jason at http://afsp.donordrive.com/campaign/JasonLindsey.
