Born at Saint Joseph Hospital in Paterson, NJ, he was a graduate from Garfield High School. Additionally he had certificates from Northampton Community College.
Joel was an assistant dockmaster at Halifax River Yacht Club in Daytona Beach, FL. He loved boats and his job. He grew up spinning turntables with his best friends as a DJ and absolutely loved music. His favorite band was the Foo Fighters, favorite movie was “What About Bob”, and he was a die-hard NY Giants fan.
He was blessed with a very large family, but most importantly leaves behind his three kids; Kaitlyn Pasquin-Dublinski, Tyler Boucher, and Andrew Pasquin; his mother, Jerriann Solensky; stepfather, Donald Solensky; brothers, Neill Pasquin, Jon Pasquin-Onderko, and Adrian Pasquin-Onderko; sisters, Danielle Solensky and Alecia Pasquin-Onderko; two grandmothers, Alberta Melchiorre, and Judy Ruggirello; and the mothers of his children; Lisa Dublinski and Daina Wagner; and several more family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard M. Pasquin; and his brother Eric J. Pasquin.
Family and friends are invited to both services being held. One will take place on January 29, 2025, at 11 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at 201 University Blvd in Daytona Beach, Florida. The second service will take place on Saturday, February 1, at 2 pm at Rutherford Bible Chapel on West Passaic Ave in Rutherford New Jersey.
