Lynne Kodey peacefully passed away November 11, 2017, after a year long battle with cancer. She was a devout Christian and that light shown through everything she did. She loved the Lord, her family and church family, prayer and Christian teaching, especially preschool. Her passion was teaching children and she did that both as a mother as well as a 5th Grade, Preschool and Sunday School teacher.
She is survived by Tom Kodey of Port Orange, FL, her husband of 50 years, her son Rob Kodey of Reston, VA, her twin sister Lee Wright Hipster of Boise, ID, her sister Beth Wright of Columbus, OH, and her brother Donald Wright of Endwell, NY.
A memorial service will be held at the Port Orange Church Of The Nazarene church in Port Orange, FL, December 9, 2017 at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers gifts may be made to the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries.
